Usage Policy
Last updated · June 28, 2026
Mindselo is a ConsciousTech platform that combines artificial intelligence, human development, and timeless wisdom to support people on their journey of growth and self-discovery. This Usage Policy describes how Mindselo and its forthcoming tools are intended — and not intended — to be used. It applies alongside our Terms of Use.
Intended use
Mindselo is designed to support reflection, self-awareness, learning, and personal growth. Our tools are intended as quiet companions to thought and practice, not as replacements for human relationships or professional care.
Not a substitute for professional care
Mindselo does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Our tools should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Acceptable use
When using Mindselo or interacting with us, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Use Mindselo to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person, or to facilitate self-harm or harm to others.
- Generate, upload, or share content that is unlawful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that incites violence or hatred.
- Use Mindselo to make consequential decisions about a person's health, safety, employment, housing, credit, education, immigration, or legal status without qualified human review.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying models, prompts, or training data, or to bypass safety measures.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as solely human-authored where that misrepresentation would mislead or harm another person.
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of our systems, or use them to distribute malware or spam.
AI output: limitations
AI features may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share, including confidential information of others or sensitive personal data, unless a specific feature explicitly supports it.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mindselo a limited licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the relevant features for you. We do not sell your content and we will describe any training-related use in a clear, separate notice before it applies to you.
Reporting concerns
To report abuse, security issues, or content that violates this Policy, write to trust@mindselo.com. For suspected security vulnerabilities, please use the same address with the subject line "Security" and allow us a reasonable period to investigate before public disclosure.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning, restricting, suspending, or terminating access, removing content, and cooperating with law enforcement.
Changes
We may update this Policy as our tools evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
