Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 28, 2026
Mindselo Pvt Ltd ("Mindselo", "we") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect through the Mindselo website (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices available to you. It is maintained by Mindselo Pvt Ltd and applies only to the Site in its current introductory form; separate notices will accompany our tools when they are released.
1. Information we collect
The Site is intentionally lightweight. We may collect:
- Information you provide — for example, an email address or message if you contact us directly. We collect only what you choose to share.
- Technical information — limited log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view, collected automatically by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver, secure, and maintain the Site.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial data) through this Site.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To respond to enquiries you send to us.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (where you submit information voluntarily), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies or local storage required for it to function. We do not place advertising cookies and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you across other sites. If this changes, we will update this Policy and present an appropriate consent choice.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mindselo, our users, or others.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect such transfers.
7. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes set out above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Contact-form messages are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. See also our Privacy Choices page.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by a prominent notice on the Site.
