The Site is currently an introductory presence describing Mindselo and the ConsciousTech tools we are building. The tools themselves are not yet generally available; nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide a product or service.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindselo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindselo Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the registered office of Mindselo Pvt Ltd shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
